The draw for the first round of the annual Crosby Shield Handicap Snooker competition has now been made. There are a total of 32 entries, with the 1st round to be played by 2 July. It is customary for the first-named player in each pair to be responsible for contacting the other player to arrange a day and time for the match. The details of the draw, with each player’s handicap indicated beside their name, is now on the notice board. Players should note that the match is to be played over two frames, with the final score for each player being the aggregate of the two frames after adjustments for handicap are made.
