At the last Committee meeting it was agreed to make some changes to the wording of the Club’s bylaws that relate to participation (Section 10). These have already been emailed to members. The most significant change is the introduction of a Waiting List Board to assist in deciding the order of participation when one or more players are waiting to play. Members should add their name to this board when waiting for a table to become available. After each game, they should place their name on the board again and await their next game. If it suits a player, they may pass up their turn in favour of another. At all times, we would hope that common sense and courtesy would prevail when resolving any issues.
