The A Grade Billiards Open Finals (Presidents Shield – Billiards) have been completed for 2024, the four finalists included 4 of the strongest billiards players within the club, Jeff Pickering, Graham Baker, Lance Richards and Peter Gilks.
Jeff Pickering and Graham Baker, the number 1 and 2 seeds won through to the final that was played on July 31st.
It was an epic first to score 200 contest, with some excellent billiards played. Both finalists made a few 20-30 breaks and played some excellent shots. The game was played in great spirit and was a pleasure to watch and referee.
Congratulations to the tournament winner Jeff Pickering and runner up Graham Baker and All participants for such a good competition.
